HVAC system with various York chiller models, York chiller models YK, YVAA, YMC2, and YZ chillers, Commissioning of chillers, Chiller PM activity, AHUs, FCU, Cooling towers, water Pumps, EC fans, Test and diagnose power electronic components, Diode, SCRs, IGBTs, capacitors, and inductors, Circuit Breaker settings, Cable sizing, Root cause analysis for failure, Test and identify defective components at PCB level, Troubleshoot motor types, Control logic used in chiller microcontrollers, Programming and debugging software for microprocessor-based controllers, Programming and debugging software for PLC-based controllers, Variable Speed Drive (VSD) starter application, Troubleshoot York starter models, York starter models D-Drive, Vyper, Hyper, and Python drives, Harmonic Filter in VSD application, Refrigeration systems, Troubleshoot issues using operating data, Troubleshoot issues using History data, Troubleshoot issues using SD card data from chillers, Interpret and analyze Pressure-Enthalpy (P–H) diagrams, Evaluate refrigeration cycle performance, Identify system inefficiencies, Troubleshoot issues related to compressors, Troubleshoot issues related to evaporators, Troubleshoot issues related to condensers, Chiller performance testing, Field troubleshooting of performance related issues, Understanding of psychrometry, Application of psychrometry in HVAC industry
What You'll Do.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex systems
Conduct chiller PM activity
Test and diagnose power electronic components
Understand root cause of power electronic components failure
Prepare root cause analysis for failure
Troubleshoot various types of motor
Understand control logic used in chiller microcontrollers
Program and debug software for controllers
Troubleshoot York starter models
Troubleshoot refrigeration systems
Interpret and analyze Pressure-Enthalpy diagrams
Perform chiller performance testing
Troubleshoot performance related issues
