Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, 3+ years of experience in technical support or support engineering for a software product or application, Fluency in written and verbal English and Turkish, problem-solving and root cause analysis skills, Hands-on experience with SQL and data querying for troubleshooting, Experience using monitoring/logging tools such as Grafana, Solid understanding of APIs and experience with API testing tools such as Postman, Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, High sense of responsibility, ownership, and accountability
