1-2 years of proven relevant professional experience as a technical support agent or its equivalent, In depth knowledge and experience in at least some of the following: IT and System administration, Networking and data transport and encryption, Cloud infrastructure, Machine, network and services virtualization, Security concepts and methodologies, Relational databases and SQL language proficiency, .NET applications
