ON-SITE position at our Reston, VA office, provide after-hours coverage as needed

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent professional experience, coding experience preferably in Java or knowledge of SQL, experience with diverse operating systems with Linux preferred, Knowledge of cloud infrastructure including AWS, GCP, or Azure, Experience using JIRA or equivalent ticketing tools, Experience using Confluence or similar documentation systems, Experience using logs, Experience using server monitoring tools, Aptitude for complex technical problem solving

Nice to Have

1–3 years of relevant experience

What You'll Do.

Provide technical support for complex software products

Manage customer escalations

Define and drive analysis and research

Perform root cause analysis

Validate product bug fixes

Develop and maintain troubleshooting plans

Develop and maintain specialized test environments

Collaborate with R&D and internal stakeholders

Define and report product supportability

Assist in scheduling team resources

Acquire expertise across platforms and technologies
