What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5+ years of Desktop Support experience, background in a Windows environment, Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment, organizational skills, adaptability, flexibility, Experience working with cross-functional IT groups, Knowledge of Systems Center/SCCM (2012/2019), Experience with MS Office/O365, Knowledge of Windows OS Registry, Experience with imaging tools and software, Experience with Windows, iOS, and Android, background in troubleshooting, superior analytical skills, supporting users in a Windows environment on multiple client computing platforms, physical and virtual workstations, Citrix, mobile devices

Nice to Have

ITIL v3 foundation certification, A+, MCDST, Dell Online Search Dispatch (DOSD)

What You'll Do.

Provide client facing infrastructure support

Perform deskside OS support

Handle workstation provisioning

Provide Smart hands assistance

Offer general office support

Collaborate with global team members

Provide hands-on support

Provide Tier 2 troubleshooting

Install end-user workstations

Configure end-user workstations

Test end-user workstations

Maintain end-user workstations

Monitor end-user workstations

Troubleshoot end-user workstations

Ensure equipment is in proper order

Participate in IT projects
