Full Job Description
Quantum Systems next-generation unmanned solutions across air, land, and sea. Trusted by defense, security, and public sector clients worldwide, we redefine mission versatility and performance. Quantum-Systems is a strong supporter of Ukraine and has it’s local Ukrainian office since 2022. We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to help investigate technical issues, analyze incidents, and support continuous product improvement. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys working with technical data, understanding how systems behave, and finding the real cause of problems. You do not need previous UAV experience to apply. We can teach the product and domain specifics. What matters most is your ability to think clearly, analyze complex situations, and work in a structured way. This is a full-time office job. Candidates must be located in Ternopil. #### What is your Day to Day Mission: * Investigate technical incidents and help identify root causes * Work with logs, telemetry, and other system data * Analyze abnormal system behavior and support technical troubleshooting * Test hypotheses and help verify possible causes of issues * Work closely with R&D and engineering teams on bug fixing and product improvements * Document technical findings and keep investigation results structured * Support more complex support cases and escalations * Contribute to improving internal support processes and knowledge base ## Requirements #### What you bring to the team: * Experience in technical support, troubleshooting, incident investigation, or system analysis * Strong analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem-solving * Ability to work with technical data such as logs, system behavior, or performance metrics * Good communication skills and ability to describe technical findings cl
