**Partner with the Best** The Technical Support Engineer ensures Baker Hughes delivers flawless execution by providing Technical Support to the Service Delivery and Sales organizations when needed in pre-planning, job execution, and post-job analysis As Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for: • Ensuring operational compliance with Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process • 24/7 Support for Critical Operations in the field when needed • Focusing on preventing failures through active monitoring and corrective action planning • Facilitate or lead incident investigations and develops RCA reports, technical or field bulletins • Monitoring the implementation of corrective actions resulting from root cause analysis investigations • Sharing lessons learned with the field population **Fuel your passion** To be successful in this role you will have: * Displays initiative, is self-driven and flexible * Thorough understanding of P/L technology and Service Delivery requirements * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to develop and mentor * Availability on call outside of normal business hours * Good communication skills * High school Diploma or equivalent **Working with us** Our people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
