**岗位概述** 面向户式水机中央空调业务,负责房产项目、零售渠道的技术支持。 对内部销售团队、经销商及合作伙伴开展产品与应用技术培训; 通过专业技术赋能与体系化培训,提升渠道方案设计、项目落地、客户沟通及销售转化能力,打通产品技术与市场销售的落地闭环。 **岗位职责** * 负责含科技住宅在内的房产项目技术支持,含方案设计、标书制作支持、技术宣讲、推广会支持。 * 对接项目甲方、设计院,完成技术答疑、方案讲解、技术沟通协调。 * 负责协助搭建培训体系,制作标准化培训课件,与新品上市、市场策略同步迭代。 * 面向内部销售,开展产品知识、方案设计、竞品分析、销售话术等专项培训。 * 针对经销商,组织新品、方案、场景化应用等专项技术赋能培训。 **任职要求** * 本科及以上学历,3年以上暖通空调行业经验,熟悉户式水机产品系统设计、项目应用与方案。 * 具备户式水机含科技住宅在内的房产项目技术支持、方案设计或销售支持经验者优先。 * 有培训讲师相关经验优先,能将复杂技术转化为销售与渠道易懂的内容与话术。 * 优秀的沟通表达、现场把控、问题解决与课程开发能力。 * 能适应全国周期性出差,支持区域项目与培训活动。
