Make your mark as Technical Superintendent Nigeria at Smit Lamnalco You will manage and execute running ‘day-to-day’ Maintenance and Repair (M&R) activities of vessels assigned to you within time-frame and budget as set, in order to maintain technical reliability and maximize utilization of the fleet. Your responsibilities: * Coordinate and execute ‘day-to-day’ running maintenance activities (mainly preventive) onboard the vessels to maintain technical reliability of vessels and prevent downtime/off-hire. * Supervise, coach and instruct chief engineers onboard the vessels to ensure technical management onboard is in line with company expectation * Execute repairs, supervise crew and subcontractors in line with the agreed planning, budget and quality standards. * Take responsibility for the correct allocation of costs related to the vessel’s repair and maintenance, dockings, damages and modifications. * Guides crew on board the vessels to ensure
