**Job Requisition ID #** 26WD98020 **Position Overview** Autodesk is seeking construction industry professionals who are passionate about advancing digital transformation across the built environment. As a Technical Success Manager (TSM), you will help strategic customers realize measurable business value from Forma (formerly Autodesk Construction Cloud) by designing and implementing scalable workflows, integrations, and data insights. Reporting to the APAC Senior Manager, Customer Success, you will lead the technical components of customer engagements for some of Autodesk’s largest architecture, engineering and Construction (AEC) customers. Partnering closely with Customer Success Managers, you will translate customer business initiatives into practical Forma solutions that improve project delivery, collaboration, and operational performance. As a trusted technical advisor, you will deliver health checks, workflow design, training, dashboards, and integrations that enable customers to adopt Forma effectively and maximize return on their Autodesk investment. **Responsibilities** * Serve as a subject matter expert in Forma, including platform capabilities, limitations, and integration possibilities * Lead technical engagements with customers, analysing workflows and designing solutions that support improved project and construction processes * Configure and optimize Forma workflows including document management, RFIs, submittals, field workflows, and model coordination * Design dashboards, reports, and analytics that help customers track adoption, project performance, and operational outcomes * Support integrations between Forma and enterprise systems such as ERP platforms, BI tools, and other construction technologies using available APIs and data connectors * Conduct technical health checks, workshops, and training sessions that enable scalable platform adoption * Partner with Customer Success Managers to execute initiatives defined in the Customer Success Plan, en
