What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) degree, minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience, Prior leadership roles (frontline or project leader), Extensive experience in hardware engineering design, development and/or production support across a wide variety of products, Active and transferable U. S. government issued security clearance, U. S. citizenship, Experience with technical and cost proposal development, technical risk management, managing cost and schedule requirements, Knowledge of our earned value management system (EVMS), basic management reports such as: EACs, HW Tracking Books, proposal reviews and Standard Bidding Tool (SBT)
Nice to Have
presentation and technical writing skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools, advocate for process improvement, Experience with Performance Development Processes, Experience with Workforce Planning, Proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities successfully
