The role bridges **engineering, operations, and customer support** , combining hands-on technical work with structured problem-solving and clear communication. The role also includes developing, maintaining, and continuously improving the **commissioning manuals and technical documentation** for the **OceanGlide ALS system** , ensuring accuracy, consistency, and usability for both internal teams and customers You will work directly with ship crews, suppliers, and internal engineering teams to ensure systems are installed correctly, perform as expected, and continuously improve based on real operational feedback. A part of this role involves working at shipyard and onboard vessels for extended periods, including sailing during commissioning and validation phases. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Technical Support & Troubleshooting**: Provide remote diagnostics and real-time support to vessels, guiding crews and coordinating issue resolution with internal teams and external partners. * **Commissioning & Onboard Activities**: Execute commissioning, inspections, and functional testing. Participate in sea trials and sailing periods to validate system performance and ensure correct installation and integration. * **Training & SOP
