Our core business is supplying and maintaining diesel and gas engines and power systems for shipping, energy generation, construction, rail and data centers applications within the Benelux. For our Benelux Sales & Service Center in Dordrecht, The Netherlands, we are looking for a: **Technical Specialist – Data Centers (m/f)** Business Unit: Powergen _(Fulltime | 40 hours)_ The Technical Specialist is the practical point of contact for customers for preventive and corrective maintenance specifically for our Data Center Sites. You solve issues of assigned tickets by coordinating the required knowledge and resources to find the best solution and communicate with all levels of support to find the required knowledge and skills in the team. You will report to the Head of Service. **_Key Responsibilities:_** * The organization and coordination of the after-sales activities for our Data Center Sites in Benelux * Managing service tickets from start to finish * The operational management of maintenance contracts * After-sales support for the preparation of quotations * Provide technical support to the field service (remotely and through site visits) **_Your Competences:_** * Communication skills with different stakeholders and levels * Proactive attitude towards safety, quality and continuous improvement. * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. * Good organizational and time management skills. **_Your Profile:_** **Education** * Bachelor degree (HBO) thinking level or equivalent in a technical direction; * VCA and other safety/technical certificates (if not, we will certify you) **Knowledge/Exp
