What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics or other engineering, 5+ years of relevant experience in technical sourcing, procurement, or supply chain in an electronics or hardware manufacturing environment, Demonstrated tenacity, passion, and skill in negotiations and supplier management, Analytical and critical thinking, Experience solving complex supply chain issues, Direct purchasing experience for electronic components, PCB, and PCBA, Proficiency with planning and inventory parameters
Nice to Have
NPI exposure preferred, Experience in consumer electronics, home appliances, IoT devices, power supplies, motors, PCBAs, EMS/ODM manufacturing, or electromechanical products
