ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a contract Technical Sourcer to partner with our recruiting team and hiring managers to build strong, diverse pipelines for engineering and technical roles. You will own the top of the funnel: identifying, engaging, and qualifying passive candidates so that recruiters and interview teams can focus on closing. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who loves the hunt and knows how to get busy engineers to reply. Type: Contract (3 to 6 months, with potential to extend or convert) RESPONSIBILITIES - Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, team context, and ideal candidate profiles. - Build and execute creative sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, niche communities, and Boolean and X-ray search. - Generate qualified, diverse candidate pipelines for roles such as software engineering, data, infrastructure, security, and platform. - Write personalized outreach that earns responses and reflects our employer brand. - Conduct initial screens to assess technical fit, motivation, and logisti
