3+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience, ideally within a technology company, startup, or agency environment, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage technical candidates effectively, Hands-on experience with sourcing tools, recruiting platforms, and Applicant Tracking Systems, Demonstrated grit, persistence, and intellectual curiosity with a drive for continuous improvement, Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate independently, solve problems, and confidently communicate with stakeholders at all levels

Develop and execute creative
data-driven sourcing strategies to identify top technical talent
Collaborate with engineering teams to increase employee referrals for high-priority roles
Leverage a variety of channels—including social platforms
professional networks
and industry communities—to identify and connect with candidates
Track and optimize sourcing effectiveness by measuring response rates
and conversion metrics
Maintain recruiting hygiene by accurately documenting all sourcing and recruiting activity in the ATS (Greenhouse)

In this role, you will partner closely with engineering leaders and the recruiting team to build strong pipelines of high-caliber candidates across multiple technical functions.
