THE OPPORTUNITY The SandboxAQ Talent team is a small and mighty group of action-oriented talent advisors dedicated to scaling a world-class team of scientists, engineers, and business leaders. Our fast growing team is currently made up of four recruiters and two sourcers, and we are now looking for a third sourcer! We operate at the intersection of cutting-edge science and advanced AI, meaning our day-to-day work involves solving complex talent puzzles that traditional recruiting teams rarely encounter.
