3+ years sourcing experience, 1+ year AI/ML/research sourcing, Source Research Scientists/Engineers, Distinguish research profiles, Written outreach skills, Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Proficiency with GitHub, Proficiency with academic sourcing channel
Nice to Have
Degree from research university, Familiarity with generative AI, Familiarity with multimodal AI, Familiarity with LLM training, Familiarity with agent research, Exposure to systems research hiring, Comfort reading abstracts, Experience writing candidate assessments, Demonstrated ambition and trajectory, Experience with pipeline analytics
