What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Requires 2+ years in technical sourcing at a reputable software company, previous agency experience in sales, recruiting, sourcing or other related fields, ability to build rapport with candidates and employees, organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree.
Nice to Have
Experience in autonomous vehicles and enterprise software recruiting is a plus.
