What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5+ years working in the healthcare revenue cycle, Proven leadership and issue resolution abilities, software/technology acumen and understanding, basic database principles, data exchange formats, process orientation, problem solving & troubleshooting skills, firm commitment to quality, HIPAA regulation knowledge, Healthcare terminology, Microsoft Office Suite, Ability to travel up to 20%

Nice to Have

Experience with Epic or Cerner EMR, Payer Benefit Plans, Payer / Hospital Contracts, Healthcare code sets, Obtaining prior authorizations from payer sites, EDI and/or healthcare transactions
