What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent experience, 7–10+ years experience in solution consulting, pre-sales or architecture roles, Fluent English
Nice to Have
Prior experience working in international, matrix‑organised environments, Additional European languages, German, French, Italian or Spanish, Experience working with regulated European financial institutions
What You'll Do.
End-to-end solution design
Act as customer-facing solution authority
Lead client workshops
Translate client requirements
Manage RFP / RFI responses
Own solution positioning
Prepare deal gate material
Design end-to-end solutions
Define non-functional requirements
Partner with Delivery teams
Act as primary solution POC
Manage internal alignments
Follow internal processes
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner closely with Delivery, Product Management, Hosting and Security teams; Act as primary solution Point-of-Contact for internal deal‑making teams; Coordinating input from Product, Architecture, Security, Legal and Delivery; Manage internal alignments, reviews and approvals
Communication Scope
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Presentation and storytelling ability; Ability to articulate Kubernetes value propositions
Process & Methodology
Manage multiple parallel engagements under time pressure
