Perform first-contact diagnosis and troubleshooting

Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades
Monitor and respond quickly to requests
Monitor work order tickets in the queue
Manage the onboarding and offboarding of users

Day-to-Day support and management of 3rd party software
Assist in the planning and deployment of 3rd party software
Management of software configurations and utilities
