As a Technical Solutions Advisor focused on Cloud & IT Solutions, you will help customers modernize infrastructure, improve security, enable collaboration, and support growth through technology solutions delivered through our partner, Advance2000. This role is focused exclusively on Cloud & IT Solutions and is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative selling, building relationships, uncovering customer challenges, and translating technical solutions into business value. WHAT YOU WILL DO BUILD RELATIONSHIPS & GROW ACCOUNTS Serve as a trusted advisor for existing CADimensions customers by identifying opportunities to improve infrastructure, security, collaboration, and IT operations Build strong relationships with decision makers, IT leaders, engineering teams, operations leaders, and executives Conduct regular customer outreach, account reviews, and follow-up meetings to uncover new opportunities DRIVE NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES Generate new opportunities through existing customer relationships, outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, marketing campaigns, and events Prospect and develop new logo opportunities focused exclusively on Cloud & IT Solutions Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently move opportunities forward LEAD A CONSULTATIVE SALES PROCESS Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer workflows, operational challenges, infrastructure needs, and business objectives Identify customer challenges related to cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, remote collaboration, disaster recovery, CAD hosting, and managed IT services Recommend tailored solutions aligned to customer goals and business outcomes Educate customers on the operational and financial benefits of cloud infrastructure and managed services OWN THE SALES PROCESS Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle from pros
