What They're Looking For.
Must Have
15 + years in fintech product management, fraud technology, risk platforms, or adjacent minimum 5 years in a leadership or people-management role, Proven track record delivering complex, highly technical fraud-platform or financial-risk initiatives, ideally within large, distributed architectures, grounding in fraud operations, detection strategies, scoring models, AI/ML-driven risk signals, rules engines, transaction flows, or similar, Demonstrated experience driving technical transformation, Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills, with ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity for engineering teams, Proven ability to lead under pressure and deliver on large programs with cross-functional teams, Comfort interacting with executive-level clients and presenting complex technical concepts in an accessible way, ability to translate client fraud-management needs into actionable product and technical requirements
