WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Technical Solutions Analyst, you will work directly with utilities and energy innovators to modernize the grid. This customer-facing role connects business needs to the product roadmap and engineering delivery. You will lead discovery, design solutions, support integrations, and guide customers through implementation so they reach value quickly. This position will report to the VP, Customer Experience. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES DISCOVERY & REQUIREMENTS - Understand each customer’s workflows, KPIs, and constraints. - Translate business needs into clear, testable requirements. - Distinguish between regulatory requirements, customer must-haves, and nice-to-haves. - Develop a detailed knowledge of our product to map requirements to existing features, upcoming roadmap items, and needed customizations.
