Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Engineering Technology or equivalent years of experience, 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, Experience in the Aerospace industry, teamworking and relationship building skills, interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability, Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
Nice to Have
Excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite - Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook or equivalent
What You'll Do.
Assess manufacturing non-conformities
Implement late changes to production
Identify continuous improvement opportunities
Respond to technical questions
Explain work orders/drawings
Establish effective communications with production
Serve as interface for work order adaptation
Create specific work orders for production rework
Establish/verify technical content of non-conformances
Validate non-conformances in documentation
Provide technical support to production
Oversee directed changes
Incorporate implicit knowledge into work instructions
Refine work instructions
Initiate availability of replacement parts
Develop continuous improvement measures
Manage continuous improvement measures

Cooperate with quality on non-conformities
