Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Engineering Technology or equivalent years of experience, 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, Experience in the Aerospace industry, teamworking and relationship building skills, interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability, Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
Nice to Have
Excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite - Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook or equivalent

The Kinston Plant Manufacturing Engineering organization ensures that plant assets and tooling are employed with the latest, up to date technology in plant operations, through an environment fully utilizing continuous improvement techniques. The position holder will be responsible for supporting the production facility through the assessment of manufacturing non-conformities, ensuring late changes to production are implemented and supporting and identifying continuous improvement opportunities for the manufacturing processes. Responds to technical questions and explains work orders/drawings, especially for aircraft mechanical related items.
