The Kinston Plant Manufacturing Engineering organization ensures that plant assets and tooling are employed with the latest, up to date technology in plant operations, through an environment fully utilizing continuous improvement techniques. The position holder will be responsible for supporting the production facility through the assessment of manufacturing non-conformities, ensuring late changes to production are implemented and supporting and identifying continuous improvement opportunities for the manufacturing processes. Responds to technical questions and explains work orders/drawings, especially for aircraft mechanical related items.
