ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a polygraph, Bachelors' degree in physics, applied physics, electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a closely related technical field, FOUR (4) or more years of experience involving quantum information science, quantum device physics, quantum sensing, quantum system modeling, and/or quantum control techniques, TWO (2) or more years of experience with laboratory characterization or test platforms relevant to quantum systems, such as cryogenic test environments, optical/laser-based measurement systems, RF/microwave measurement tools, or qubit/device characterization setups, TWO (2) or more years of experience managing a multi-disciplinary research and development (R&D) or Test and Evaluation (T&E) team, including creating program plans, work breakdown structures, and milestone schedules

Nice to Have

Masters' degree or PhD in physics, applied physics, electrical engineering, computer engineering, quantum information science, or closely related fields, FOUR (4) or more years of experience with scientific and experimental programming languages/tools such as Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW, or languages used in quantum research (e. g. , Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#), TWO (2) or more years of experience with machine learning, optimization, signal processing, or statistical techniques relevant to quantum system characterization, noise mitigation, or control, TWO (2) or more years of experience in the Intelligence Community (IC), including experience with requirements, CONOPS, and transition, Awareness of supply chain, security, and reliability considerations for quantum technologies and supporting hardware, FOUR (4) or more years of experience managing a multi-disciplinary research and development (R&D) or Test and Evaluation (T&E) team, ONE (1) or more years of experience as a Project Manager or Deputy Project Manager

**_Job Family_ :** Research Physicists (PHY) **_Travel Required_ :** Up to 10% **_Clearance Required_ :** Active Top Secret SCI with Polygraph _**What You Will Do:**_ The objectives of the Technical SETA are to assist with the coordination, monitoring, communication, and integration of all technical aspects of the Program lifecycle that includes: * Attend meetings, workshops, conferences and testing events as a Subject Matter Expert * Assist with the development of presentations such as Program Management Reviews * Serve as a Liaison between Performers, Test & Evaluation contributors, Government and Transition partners * Review, provide analysis, and make recommendations concerning technical reports, data and Performer approaches * Select, establish, curate, and maintain collaborative communication, issue tracking, and configuration environments for use by the program * Provide reach-back support for program related requirements for systems integration, design, development, modeling and simulation, data analytics and architecture design * Examine data sources and literary sources for emerging technology related to the Program * Provide technical support and expertise on new concepts beyond the Program but integral to the Program’s success _**What You Will Need:**_ * An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a polygraph * Bachelors' degree in physics, applied physics, electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a closely related technical field * FOUR (4) or more years of experience involving quantum information science, quantum device physics, quantum sensing, quantum system modeling, and/or quantum control techniques * TWO (2) or more years of experience with laboratory characterization or test platforms relevant to quantum systems, such as cryogenic test environments, optical/laser-based measurement systems, RF/microwave measurement tools, or qubit/device characterization setups * TWO (2) or more years of experience managing a mul
