Active Top Secret SCI with Polygraph, Bachelors' degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, applied physics, or a related technical field, FOUR (4) or more years of experience involving one or more of the following: wireless communications systems and protocol development, RF engineering and antenna systems, signal processing for communication waveforms, TWO (2) or more years of experience using test and measurement equipment relevant to advanced communication technologies, such as spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, or RF test platforms, TWO (2) or more year of experience managing a multi-disciplinary research and development (R&D) or Test and Evaluation (T&E) team, including creating program plans, work breakdown structures, and milestone schedules

Nice to Have

Masters' degree or PhD in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, applied physics, or a related technical field, with four plus (4+) years of work experience, FOUR (4) or more years of experience with programming languages or tools commonly used in communications R&D, such as GNU Radio, Redhawk, LabVIEW, Python, MATLAB, C/C++, or embedded systems software, TWO (2) or more years of experience with applying machine learning, deep learning, or advanced statistical signal processing to communications tasks, TWO (2) or more years of experience in the Intelligence Community (IC), including experience with requirements, CONOPS, and transition, Awareness of supply‑chain security and integration considerations for communications hardware, RF subsystems, antenna components, and SDR‑based systems, FOUR (4) or more years of experience managing a multi-disciplinary research and development (R&D) or Test and Evaluation (T&E) team, ONE (1) or more year of experience as a Project Manager or Deputy Project Manager

Full Job Description

**_Job Family_ :** Communications Engineering (COE) **_Travel Required_ :** Up to 10% **_Clearance Required_ :** Active Top Secret SCI with Polygraph _**What You Will Do:**_ The objectives of the Technical SETA are to assist with the coordination, monitoring, communication, and integration of all technical aspects of the Program lifecycle that includes: * Attend meetings, workshops, conferences and testing events as a Subject Matter Expert * Assist with the development of presentations such as Program Management Reviews * Serve as a Liaison between Performers, Test & Evaluation contributors, Government and Transition partners * Review, provide analysis, and make recommendations concerning technical reports, data and Performer approaches * Select, establish, curate, and maintain collaborative communication, issue tracking, and configuration environments for use by the program * Provide reach-back support for program related requirements for systems integration, design, development, modeling and simulation, data analytics and architecture design * Examine data sources and literary sources for emerging technology related to the Program * Provide technical support and expertise on new concepts beyond the Program but integral to the Program’s success _**What You Will Need:**_**** * An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a polygraph * Bachelors' degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, applied physics, or a related technical field * FOUR (4) or more years of experience involving one or more of the following: wireless communications systems and protocol development, RF engineering and antenna systems, signal processing for communication waveforms * TWO (2) or more years of experience using test and measurement equipment relevant to advanced communication technologies, such as spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, or RF test platforms * TWO (2) or more year of experience managing a multi-disciplinary research and
