Working as part of the Telefónica Tech Hosting Team, the engineer will support a large-scale infrastructure estate including VMware virtualisation, Windows Server platforms, Active Directory services and core infrastructure components such as DNS, DHCP, and Certificate Services. This is a hands-on operational role focused on maintaining service stability, resolving incidents, implementing changes and performing routine maintenance across the hosting environment. Engineers work across a broad set of infrastructure technologies rather than specialising in a single platform, gaining exposure to virtualisation platforms, Citrix environments, enterprise storage, backup platforms and application hosting services.
