Full Job Description

## Within 1 month, you will Discover the 360Learning platform Have a global view on our code-base Obtain an understanding of customer needs & the custom technical solutions to build Get to know the team Develop a first internal project ## Within 3 months, you will Gain skills on our tool stack (Workato, snowflake, github, ….) Develop Technical Solutions for our customers ## Within 6 months, you will Take support shifts Contribute to the development of a wide variety of technical solutions Ensure scalability of all solutions through documentation, and enablement of teams Test solutions developed other team members ## Within 12 months, you will Proactively propose new solutions to develop Upskill on new technologies & tools Review the code of your peers Participate in enhancing our processes towards excellence ## The Skill Set 4+ years of experience in software engineering, front-end development, and back-end development/integrations Experience working with node.js and vue.js Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, authentication methods, and asynchronous workflows Ability to design scalable, efficient, and maintainable technical solutions Experience working with SQL databases or DataWarehouses (Snowflake is a plus) Exposure to cloud platforms is appreciated Interest in full stack development, Git workflows and CI/CD practices You have excellent analytical skills, structured thinking and the ability to synthesise Strong troubleshooting and debugging mindset Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities Fluent English (US/UK), French speaking is a plus Knowledge of BigCommerce is a plus.
