What You'll Do.
performing planned maintenance activities
hardware and software upgrades (TSBs)
installations and deinstallations
first line support to assigned instruments
Provide field service support and technical troubleshooting for assigned instruments
Schedule and perform planned maintenance (PM) activities
Provide proactive service using Abbott remote diagnostics tools
Provide ongoing training and coaching to customers
Perform instrument upgrades and technical service bulletins (TSBs)
Provides first level assays troubleshooting and implement new assays
Provide first level support for laboratory middleware (AMS)
Maintain the laboratory workflow optimized making track software (TSM & TWM) adjustments if needed
Work with customers to ensure the entire Abbott solution is being utilized as expected
