Must Have
High School diploma/GED required, Excellent verbal and written communication skills is required, Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required
Nice to Have
Additional education/college degree in Engineering/Technical field preferred, Minimum of 3 years paint application and/or manufacturing experience is favorable, Automotive coatings industry alignment a plus, Additional experience with automotive painting equipment is highly preferred

This role will be onsite at the customer location, and primary responsibilities include day-to-day management of various paint-related duties listed in the job responsibilities below. **Work Location:** This role requires an onsite presence in **Windsor, ON** and is not eligible for relocation. **Expected Compensation:** We consider an individual’s qualifications, skillset, and experience to determine final salary. This role is eligible for benefits such as health insurance and paid time off. The expected compensation range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 CAD annually.
