Perform package and machine audits
Participate in field trials
Assist in installation and start-up
Provide input on equipment design

Determine priority of customer calls
Conduct training for customers
Take lead on smaller tasks
Work on special projects
Establish and maintain effective relations
Complete KMS reporting
Complete expense reports
Turn in weekly schedules
