**Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!** # Responsibilities: * Provide on-site technical support to customers across China, troubleshooting lubrication-related issues. * Conduct lubrication audits and surveys and recommend practical improvement actions. * Promote our Energy Efficiency program, leading projects that deliver sustainable solutions * Design and support customers with application improvements to enhance equipment performance and reduce costs. * Identify opportunities for new products or services and work with sales teams to support business growth. * Deliver both line side and classroom based technical training sessions to customer teams at various levels. * Prepare timely, clear technical reports, proposals, and recommendations. * Support lubrication system improvements, including component selection, system modifications, and on-site trials. * Work closely with internal teams, local colleagues, and external partners while following safety and quality standards. * Perform additional tasks or special projects as assigned. # Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in technical support, application engineering, or reliability roles, preferably within Food & Beverage. * Strong self‑motivation with the ability to learn quickly and work independently in a customer-facing role. * Strong troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis skills. * Highly organized skills with ability to work independently with multiple projects * Good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English. * Willingness to travel frequently (>50%). **Preferred Qualifications ：** * Knowledge of lubrication and equipment reliability practices. * Experience of commonly used maintenance methodologies such as Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) or Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) * Experience in condition monitoring practices * Project management experie
