Used in aerospace, defense, semiconductor, industrial, and transportation markets, Vespel® components—from seal rings to engine parts—offer a lower total cost of ownership with superior longevity. **Job Description Summary** The Vespel® business is seeking a customer-focused, highly motivated Technical Service & Development (TS&D) Engineer to drive growth across key Aerospace & Defense accounts. In this role, you will partner closely with commercial, marketing, and operations teams to lead technical engagement and support new product and application development. This role is ideally based on-site in Valley View or Stow. Remote candidates will be considered, with occasional travel required for on-site collaboration at Vespel® facilities in Valley View and Stow, Ohio. **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support (product and part design recommendations, material selection, and properties) to: * Assigned customers and distributors within the Aerospace & Defense segment * Sales and Application Development teams for new and existing applications * Operations, quality, and complaint resolution processes * Serve as the technical focal point
