Must Have
Proven experience as a technical SEO for ecommerce or similar (at least 5 years working with high traffic websites), Experience providing results from actions, Experience working with international sites, adapting the global SEO strategy according to the needs of local markets, Proactive or independent profile capable of self-management, Being data-driven and kind of a data-geek: clear understanding of data, analytics and metrics with the ability to make data-driven recommendations of actions, Hands-on experience applying AI/LLMs to build SEO solutions, automate workflows and enhance productivity, Thorough knowledge of search engine ranking factors, including emerging LLM-powered search ecosystems (RAG, citations, query fan-out) and their optimization strategies, Knowledge of HTML, JS and CSS required, Critical thinker and problem-solving skills, Familiar with industry-standard & enterprise SEO software, Possess up-to-date knowledge and maintains current SEO practices, High level of initiative and work well in a team environment, Excellent Spanish & English written and oral communication skills
Nice to Have
Understanding of Google Apps Script and Python, Knowledge of SQL for data exploitation, Experience on workflows automation, Experience managing teams
