Must Have
Proven experience as a technical SEO for ecommerce or similar (at least 5 years working with high traffic websites), Experience working with international sites, adapting the global SEO strategy according to the needs of local markets, Proactive or independent profile capable of self-management, Being data-driven and kind of a data-geek: clear understanding of data, analytics and metrics with the ability to make data-driven recommendations of actions, Hands-on experience applying AI/LLMs to build SEO solutions, automate workflows and enhance productivity, Thorough knowledge of search engine ranking factors, including emerging LLM-powered search ecosystems (RAG, citations, query fan-out) and their optimization strategies, Knowledge of HTML, JS and CSS required, Critical thinker and problem-solving skills, Familiar with industry-standard & enterprise SEO software, Possess up-to-date knowledge and maintains current SEO practices, High level of initiative and work well in a team environment, Excellent Spanish & English written and oral communication skills
Nice to Have
Understanding of Google Apps Script and Python, Knowledge of SQL for data exploitation, Experience on workflows automation, Experience managing teams
