What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, 3+ years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or a role where collaborative relationships were built, communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, Flexibility and willingness to work in other areas of recruiting is a must, Willingness to travel to career fairs as needed – up to 75% during busy career fair season, Knowledge of: laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment, Ability to: utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills, Ability to: utilize excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics, Ability to: create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles, Ability to: be proactive and take initiative, Ability to: utilize excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines, Ability to: collaborate effectively, establish and maintain successful working relationships, Ability to: quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems, Ability to: be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Nice to Have
Knowledge of best practices in campus recruitment and relationship building is preferred, Experience recruiting military or veteran talent, or supporting SkillBridge, apprenticeship, or early-career workforce programs is preferred, Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter Certification preferred, Staffing Professional Certification preferred

This role will work closely with hiring leaders to understand their talent needs and provide guidance and support throughout the full recruitment life cycle.
