Join our team and start your journey today! ## We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Technical Sales Team Manager to lead and develop a growing Technical Sales Engineering function supporting refrigeration and cold chain solutions. **This role combines technical expertise, leadership capability, and customer-focused strategy execution within an international environment.** The successful candidate will oversee a distributed team across Europe and the Philippines, driving technical sales support excellence while partnering closely with internal sales and technical stakeholders. ### Key responsibilities of the role * Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Sales Engineers across multiple regions and segments * Manage a growing international team, ultimately overseeing 11 team members including remote employees in the Philippines and Europe * Provide strong day-to-day leadership with a high degree of autonomy and accountability * Support the development and execution of robust technical sales strategies that strengthen customer support and brand positioning * Enable the team to achieve assigned sales support targets and operational objectives * Understand customer requirements
