Must Have
5+ years of experience in technical sales, applications engineering, or industrial machinery support, Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and machine system designs, analytical and problem-solving skills, Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and commercial teams

Experience with envelope converting equipment, packaging machinery, or flexible packaging manufacturing
What You'll Do.
Support growth of Converting Technologies Envelope Machine business
Provide technical expertise and commercial support
Act as technical bridge between customers
Develop solutions to improve machine performance
Support upgrades and modifications
Drive aftermarket and modernization opportunities
Develop new business opportunities within installed base
Ensure successful technical delivery of sold work
Identify and develop opportunities for upgrades
Evaluate customer production environments
Participate in customer meetings
Support development of technical proposals
Provide technical input during quotation process
Support successful execution of sold projects
Participate in project kickoff meetings
Serve as technical resource during project execution
Assist in managing technical clarifications
and customer acceptance
Serve as subject matter expert
Translate customer production challenges
Collaborate with engineering teams
Support feasibility assessments
Provide guidance on machine capabilities
Work closely with engineering
Provide field insights and customer feedback
Ensure technical consistency between proposals
Identify opportunities within installed base
Monitor customer needs
