Develop and execute sales strategies
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Provide technical expertise on shotcrete applications
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations
Negotiate contracts and close sales
Provide technical support to customers
Collaborate with R&D and marketing teams

Sika Canada’s Sales Team in Ontario is seeking a driven, collaborative, and technically curious professional who is eager to build a rewarding career in technical sales within our Mining Division. This role offers a unique opportunity to take on meaningful challenges, continuously develop your expertise, and make a real impact as part of a high‑performing, results‑driven team. You will be responsible for supporting and growing our presence across the Sudbury and Timmins regions , working closely with customers and industry partners in a dynamic and safety‑focused environment. Salary range : 75K to 80K per year, depending on experience and qualifications, this position is also eligible to a performance-based incentive of up to 100% of base salary. Why join Sika?
