We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Representative to join our team in Kenya and South Africa. In this role, you will be the bridge between our technical expertise and our customers' needs, driving sales growth while providing exceptional technical support and solutions. You will engage with a diverse customer base including distributors, converters, and end users, leveraging your technical knowledge and consultative selling approach to expand our market presence and build lasting customer relationships across the region. * Conduct comprehensive needs analysis with customers, distributors, and end users to identify opportunities and ensure sales targets are consistently met * Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining a close rate aligned with peer performance * Identify, qualify, and follow up on new sales leads; build and maintain a detailed project pipeline with prospective values and opportunity assessments * Provide technical advice, product specifications, and application solutions to customers, ensuring they select the right products for their specific needs * Deliver product and brand training to the convert
