Utilizes this technical knowledge in customer support, instruction, and product implementation, while collaborating closely with key stakeholders across the organization to deliver impactful results. If selected for this position, the company will run a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report. A requirement of this position is an acceptable MVR report. **Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities** * Boost product sales by discovering and leveraging opportunities in the designated territory. * Advocate for product specifications at architectural and engineering firms and DOTs to ensure that company products are included in project designs. * Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers, including architects, engineers, consultants, and specifiers. * Deliver compelling, technically accurate presentations and lunch-and-learns to promote product value and performance benefits. * Offer expert guidance on product selection, application methods, and compliance requirements for customers and specifiers. * Monitor regional construction trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities. * Track competitor products and market trends to inform sales strategies and support product positioning. * Partner with Marketing, Inventory Planning, and R&D to provide field feedback and support promotional campaigns. * Ensure company products are specified and used in key projects from planning to execu
