Full Job Description

Tawazon Chemical Co. LLC is a multinational organization that has been in operation for over three decades. The head office is located in Dubai with subsidiary operations at various locations, covering markets in Africa, Middle East, Subcontinent and South East Asia. We are seeking a motivated and technically competent Technical Sales Executive – Coatings to support sales growth and customer development for our coatings product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have experience in the coatings, paints, or specialty chemicals industry and possess the ability to provide both technical support and commercial solutions to customers. * Promote and sell the company's coatings products to existing and prospective customers. * Identify and develop new business opportunities within industrial, decorative, protective, automotive, marine, and related sectors. * Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable coating solutions and specifications. * Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and customer training sessions. * Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and support contract negotiations. * Coordinate with technical, production, and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely deliveries. * Provide first-level technical support regarding product performance, application methods, and troubleshooting. * Maintain regular customer visits and build long-term business relationships. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. * Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain CRM records. * Experience in Industrial, Protective, Powder, Automotive, Wood, Decorative, or Specialty Coatings. * Established network with paint manufacturers, coating applicators, industrial customers, OEMs, or distributors. * Strong techno-commercial aptitude with the ability to provide technical solutions and manage commercial discussions. * Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently. * Knowledge of coating
