Full Job Description
**YOUR TASKS:** Sales Support Function for Sales Director (SD) and Regional Sales Managers (RSM), responsible for generating standard quotations, recap and documentations incorporating Coperion’s range of feeder, system and component. Also responsible for achieving established company goals while acting in accordance with established policies. · Ensure accuracy of quotations – equipment selection, pricing and commercial terms · Ensure timely follow-up on all leads that are generated for respective territories · Responsible for purchase order, recap and contract documents input to the factory in conjunction with RSM · Assist in collection of overdue due accounts · Ensure sales figures/quote/visit report to be input in system in time. · Coordinate sales activities allocated by SD/RSM in addition to liaising with organisation executives and other TSM (Technical Sales Manager)/RSM worldwide as appropriate · Participate in material testing and customer meetings as allocated by SD · Participate in trade shows and sales seminars for reps and customers if required by SD · Participate in presentations and site visits as required together with SD/RSM · Support new market development if required by SD. **YOUR PROFILE:** **** · Minimum 3 years’ experience in an international engineering/machinery company (involving capital equipment) desired · Able to efficiently work in English language · Understanding and knowledge of the technologies related to material handling equipment is of advantage · Good communication skills, including oral, written and active listening skills · Cooperative and team-oriented personality with high motivation · Must be PC proficient with office software like Excel, Word and PPT. · Travel: Regional & International travel as required, approx. 5%-25%. **Who we are:** Coperion ([_www.coperion.com_](http://www.coperion.com/)) is a global industry and technology leader in process technology serving a variety of end markets, including plastics, plastics recycl
