Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service, Basic knowledge and understanding of integration and migration strategies and technologies, Basic knowledge and understanding of application architecture, design alternatives, and development standards, Demonstrated experience developing complex software/systems using one or more programming language, Demonstrated experience interpreting, modifying and writing application system design and program specifications, Demonstrated experience using and supporting integration and communications technologies between applications, databases and technology platforms, Demonstrated experience using relational databases and standard query language (SQL), Solid knowledge and understanding of systems development life cycle (SDLC), Solid knowledge and understanding of activities, tasks, tools and techniques for testing applications to ensure adherence to functional and quality requirements
Nice to Have
Understanding of systems development life cycle (SDLC) and software delivery processes, Demonstrated ability to coordinate tasks and communicate effectively within cross-functional teams, Knowledge of application environments, infrastructure components, and system integrations, Experience or familiarity with release coordination, deployment support, or IT operations activities is preferred, Exposure to release orchestration tools, ticketing systems, or automation platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Jenkins) is a plus, organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks, Effective written and verbal communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders, Ability to identify issues, escalate appropriately, and follow through to resolution, Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a structured release management environment, Experience working in Agile or team-based delivery environments is preferred, Experience or familiarity with GitLab pipeline

The Technical Release Management Specialist collaborates with others to provide and maintain applications that meet business needs. You will be responsible for design and development for simple to moderately complex business solutions. You will report to the Senior Manager, Technology Services. In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from Boston, MA 02110 We will not consider candidates who require current or future sponsorship for this position #LI-Hybrid Position Compensation Range: $90,000.00 - $147,000.00 Pay Rate Type: Salary _Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location.__Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates._ Primary Accountabilities * You will design and develop solutions to the level of quality defined by the requirements in adherence with standards, methodology and internal controls. * You will understand and identify system dependencies.
