QUALIFIED HEALTH - TECHNICAL RECRUITER CONTRACTOR JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a talented and driven Technical Recruiter to join our growing team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in sourcing, coordinating, and closing top-tier talent in technical domains, particularly within AI and machine learning. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Sourcing: Leverage creative and proactive sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of AI, ML, and other technical candidates. - Screening & Coordination: Manage candidate screenings, interview scheduling, and follow-ups, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with our senior recruiter and hiring managers to understand role requirements and define effective recruitment strategies. - Candidate Engagement: Develop meaningful relationships with candidates to ensure they feel valued throughout the recruitment process. - Tracking & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.   DESIRABLE SKILLS - Offer Management: Demonstrated ability to support or lead closing efforts, including drafting and extending offers, negotiating terms, and guiding candidates through decision-making processes with finesse and professionalism. - AI/ML Recruitment: Experience recruiting in the AI and machine learning space, with a strong understanding of the unique challenges and nuances of sourcing and engaging top technical talent in this domain.   REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience: - 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, including a focus on AI, ML, or technical roles. - Prior internal recruitment experience, including sourcing, coordinating, and ideally closing top candidates. - Skills: - Proven ability to source passive candidates
