4+ years of technical recruiting experience at a fast-paced environment or B2B SaaS company, Familiarity with engineering roles, tech stacks, and the ability to engage meaningfully with technical candidates, Demonstrated success in building pipelines, closing top 1% engineering candidates, and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously, Ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment—able to pivot quickly while remaining laser-focused on hiring goals, Adept at articulating role requirements and company vision to candidates, and translating complex feedback into clear action items, Comfortable using metrics to drive insights, identify trends, and refine recruiting strategies
