Full Job Description
Monumental http://monumental.co/is automating on-site construction with robotics and software. Our mission is to make construction primarily software-defined and work towards a future where beautiful, bespoke buildings are built within a single day with minimal labour. We’re a growing team (about 100 team members) of mostly engineers and technicians, coming from companies like Palantir, Qualcomm, Dyson, Shopify, Tesla, Meta and 1X. It’s still the early days of building the company, and this is a unique opportunity to be an early employee in a high-growth, high-ambition startup environment. From Day 1, you’ll be able to work with an experienced founding team backed by top-tier investors. Monumental is based near Artis zoo in the Plantage, in the city center of Amsterdam. About you and this role The engineers we want to hire don't usually apply to job posts. They're probably not browsing LinkedIn, and when a recruiter reaches out with a generic template InMail, they ignore it. We've grown from 15 to 100+ people in under two years. Our R&D team covers software, mechanical, electrical, controls, perception, and forward deployments engineers - and we need someone who can source for them full time. You'll own inbound applications in R&D, while finding creative ways to reach candidates, then manage them through the process end to end.
